• Completed a consulting assignment for a Fortune 200 firm defining the enterprise security policy with corresponding accountabilities and resources of the Corporate Security organization and and those of line business units.
• Developed and successfully tested a cost estimating model for security organizations to determine the potential cost of proposed or in-place government regulations.
• Conducted a salary survey to enable the client CSO to compare compensation of his department with multiple benchmark security organizations.
• Several BSAG partners have been featured in Strafford Publications and CSO Magazine security webcasts.
• Currently conducting security department review for a large pharmaceutical company
• Completed a security department review of a large Fortune 100 healthcare provider.
• One of our partners is providing continuing assistance to a vendor with an innovative product who is seeking entrée to the corporate security market.
• A partner is conducting a peer review with a vendor of the information security policies and practices of a major Fortune 100 corporation to ensure the client’s compliance with a federal statute.
• A partner is also the Project Director and security advisor to a prestigious business organization moderating webcasts and making available timely security materials to keep the members of the group current on security issues that affect their business.
• Cooperating with a vendor to develop a technological security tool that will help keep users current on certain security issues.
